I wasn’t really expecting much at first, but the prices were fair and I ended up getting more than I thought I would. For what I needed, it worked out better than expected.

My order arrived right on schedule, so no complaints there, and from what I can tell so far the parts themselves look fine and seem like they’ll do the job. That said, the packaging was in rough shape when it got to me. One side of the box was noticeably crushed, and the tape was kind of loose like it had started coming apart during shipping. Thankfully nothing appears to be damaged, but it did make me a little nervous opening it up. I’d definitely suggest using a sturdier box or packing things a bit more securely next time

I got exactly what I ordered, and everything matched up perfectly. that’s all most of us customers really want, so I’m happy with the experience.

I ordered a few parts from Brothers Trucks, and for the most part the catalog info seemed right. I usually assume the descriptions are going to line up closely with the actual part, but one of them wasn’t as clear as I expected. I ended up checking the measurements myself before installing it just to be safe. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, and the shipping was fine, I just wish the part details were a little more accurate

My only problem was with customer service. They did eventually get back to me, but it took a couple days, and I had to send a follow-up email before I got a clear answer. i was kind of expecting at least a quick apology for the delay, because it felt like I had to chase them down a bit.

Once they replied, they were friendly and helped sort out my question, so I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience. I just think they could do better with response times and acknowledging when customers are left waiting

I picked these up for my old Chevy after dealing with some cheaper parts that didn’t hold up great. When they showed up, they looked solid right out of the box, and the metal felt noticeably better than what I’ve used before. I was kind of expecting a fight during installation, but they fit without any hassle. They’ve been on the truck for a few weeks now, and so far I haven’t had any issues. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.

I was able to find the parts I needed eventually, so the site does work, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. The search and menus feel a bit clunky and could definitely be easier to use. I also got some inconsistent answers while looking around, which made it more frustrating than it needed to be.

I’d been hunting all over for parts for my older truck and somehow they actually had them in stock. The site was easy to search too, so I didn’t have to deal with a bunch of hassle. I’m guessing they must have a solid stash of older parts somewhere, because I wasn’t expecting to find what I needed that fast.

I sent the item back and it was simple, like no big hassle or anything. The refund came through quicker than I expected too, which was nice. Just one of those things where it actually worked the way it should.
